Culture Assessment

The culture, or the way business is done in a company, has a large impact on the wellbeing of an organisation, as it involves the company’s communication, information systems, leadership style, collaboration, values, non-written codes, etc.

A poor company culture may result in the company focusing more on resolving internal matters than looking for market possibilities.

The culture programme helps to evaluate the current corporate culture and, if necessary, lead it in the right direction.

Competence model

People define strategies, implement action plans, work in teams, motivate others, and look for business opportunities. For a company, it is essential to know what people they need in order to achieve their business goals.

People bring in experience and education, but above all, a way of working and doing things, a philosophy, and certain values. In other words, people bring specific abilities to their professional environment.
It is essential to know which abilities are required for each position in order to be successful.

Assessment

In order to know a person in depth and evaluate whether they will be successful in business, running an assessment is recommended. Assessments are based on the abilities needed for a specific position (leadership, teamwork, organisation, negotiation, etc.) and results in a profile which indicates the fulfilment of these abilities, a description of the candidate’s work-style, ambitions and motivations, strong points and areas of development.

360º

People who relate to other professionals develop their own point of view and opinion about them, whether they are superiors, peers or subordinates. From each point of view certain characteristics can be identified but no one has a global enough view of others to fully evaluate them or give them the necessary feedback for development.

It is useful to run a 360º in order to know a person deeply and objectively and create a global idea of all their skills and areas of development.
