He began his professional career in the commercial and operational areas of various industrial companies. He later entered the consultancy sector, specialising in team leadership, human resources, and implementation of ERP systems. Joined Proarcai Management Consulting in 2008 as managing partner.

Has developped his professional career in fast moving consumer goods and afterwards in a major multinational consultancy firm of company organisation and develpoment. Joins Proarcai Management Consulting in 2010 with the mission to open and lead the Madrid branch.
Possesses solid management consultancy experience in sectors such as industrial, automotive, fmcg, and services, providing solutions in the area of strategic consultancy, selection, and development of people and teams.
